Yoga & Art Therapy

Healing Body, Mind, and Spirit

Yoga and transpersonal art therapy work together to create a holistic path to healing, engaging body, mind, and spirit.

In the physical practice of yoga asana, we release tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate strength. Through art therapy, we access emotional expression, explore creativity, and integrate experiences into insights and personal growth. Together, these practices support deep mind-body-spirit integration.

What a
Session Includes

Sessions may combine:

  • Traditional yoga asana and meditation

  • Breathwork (pranayama)

  • Creative practices such as painting, journaling, or collage
These practices guide participants from embodied experience to symbolic expression, fostering awareness, transformation, and self-discovery.
